These Terms apply to your use of the triple.games website operated by hexaclus Single Member Private Company. By using the site you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the site

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it to harm others.

2. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping its credentials secure and for activity carried out under it. We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms or the End User License Agreement of a game.

3. Content

Content on the site is provided as-is. Press kit assets may be reproduced for editorial coverage of our games and studio without additional permission. Other site content remains owned by us unless explicitly stated.

4. Disclaimers

The site is provided without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of your use of the site is limited to a nominal amount. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the studio's registered seat unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
