Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy explains how hexaclus Single Member Private Company ("we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you interact with triple.games and the games published under it.
1. Information we collect
We collect the minimum information needed to run an account, deliver support, and operate the studio:
- Account email and a display name when you create or upgrade an account.
- The content of any support ticket you submit, plus the email address you used — whether you submit it from inside a game or from the triple.games website.
- The email address you provide when you subscribe to a newsletter list (handled by Brevo).
- The email address you provide when you ask to be notified about a specific game's launch — a per-game list, also handled by Brevo.
- The contents of any press or business inquiry form you submit.
- Standard server logs (request paths, response codes, IP, user-agent) for security and aggregate traffic analysis.
2. How we use it
Account information is used to identify you across the games in our portfolio so progress, friends, and purchases carry between titles. When you sign in to the triple.games website, your account is used to show your profile, your support tickets, and the data-export and account-deletion tools. Support tickets and inquiries are used solely to respond to you. Newsletter and launch-notification subscriptions are used solely to send you the emails you signed up for.
3. Third parties
We rely on a small number of third parties:
- Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) — transactional email and newsletter delivery. Brevo is the source of truth for newsletter subscriptions.
- Our hosting provider — receives standard server logs.
- Apple App Store and Google Play — handle purchases inside our games per their own policies.
4. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. We comply with the GDPR for EU/EEA residents; you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
You can download a copy of your data at any time from the Data export page in your account. The export is a JSON file covering your account record and your data in every game in the portfolio; the download link is single-use and the file is removed after seven days.
You can delete your account from the Delete account page in your account. We email you a confirmation link, and your account is permanently removed only after you click it. The same export and deletion tools are also available from inside each game.
5. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Support tickets are kept for two years for quality and legal records. Server logs are kept for ninety days. Newsletter and launch-notification lists are managed in Brevo and follow your opt-in or unsubscribe action. A generated data-export file is kept for seven days, then deleted. When you delete your account, its data is removed and not retained beyond what the law requires.
